As a Sr. Business Analyst in Global Pricing - Inventory, you'll play a key role in Client’s Commercial Services team, supporting the core "commercial engine" that powers our sales, revenue management, call centers, and analytics functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Pricing, you’ll drive the planning, testing, and implementation of new inventory capabilities that enhance our ability to deliver world-class experiences and meet strategic goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with technology and customer experience teams to execute aligned project roadmaps, ensuring each initiative aligns with Client’s goals.
- Support and Activate new inventory capabilities, smoothing the transition to production and empowering property teams to thrive.
- Analyze and Document: Perform ADHOC analyses, maintain business requirements, and provide clear communication for strategic change management.
- Scale Innovation: Maintain a comprehensive record of activation waves to help effectively scale new capabilities globally.
Why You’re a Great Fit:
- Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, customer service, or tech, plus 3+ years in revenue management, project management, or change management.
- Agile Know-How: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence, plus 2+ years in product implementation or strategic initiatives.
- Data-Driven: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a proactive approach to analytics and reporting.
